At Elite Extensions, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We fully stand behind the quality of our products and are dedicated to working with clients to create a positive experience with every purchase. Our hair products undergo meticulous hand inspection by our fulfillment department prior to shipment.

Color Disclaimer

We supply unprocessed, raw, single-donor bundles and wigs, available in shade 1B (Off Black/Natural Dark Brown). Because these bundles are sourced from individual donors, slight color variations may occur. If you choose to color the hair, please note it is well-suited for permanent, semi-permanent, and lifting. However, we strongly recommend any chemical processes be handled by a licensed professional, as improper techniques may damage the product. Hair can react unpredictably to chemical treatments, potentially causing dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, or tangling.

Please be advised that altering the hair color, lifting, or dyeing may change its original texture. Raw House Extensions is not liable for any changes to the product’s condition after it has been altered from its original state. All sales are final; refunds or exchanges will not be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color.

Payment Terms

All purchases are subject to 100% upfront payment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. When you place an order, your payment method will be charged immediately.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding credit card fraud and merchandise theft. Any fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be canceled for a refund.

Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, orders will arrive within the timeframe selected at checkout.

All sales are final.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders require a 1-3 business day processing period prior to shipment. This processing timeframe may vary during sales or holidays. Please refer to our shipping methods to estimate delivery times.

If your paying by sezzle your processing time is 5-7 business days.

ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECTED TO ID VERIFICATION. You must fill out the form within 8 hours or your order will be cancelled​

If a shipment is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

Delivery Confirmation

A signature is required for all shipments from Elite Extensions. Signatures cannot be waived. If you are unavailable at delivery, please contact DHL or Canada Post to arrange for the package to be held at a nearby facility.

Shipping Delays

All C and DHL shipments will require a signature. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend ordering in advance to account for potential delays. Elite Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, natural events, or carrier-related issues. Holidays are not counted as business days, so please consider this in your shipping timeframe. While we rely on DHL and Canada Post for timely delivery, shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a delay.

Failed Deliveries, Refused Shipments, or Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Incomplete or incorrect addresses are the primary cause of shipment delays. Please verify that you have provided accurate and complete delivery information, including apartment numbers or other relevant details. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, so accuracy is essential.

If you notice a discrepancy with your package status or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation, which may take up to 7-10 business days. Although we will make every effort to resolve the issue, we cannot guarantee recovery of lost packages. If the carrier resolves your claim, we will discuss options for reshipment or a refund; otherwise, we cannot ensure these options are available
